Feet in the Clouds: 20th anniversary edition
After two decades in print, my first book has been honoured by the publishers with a handsome new anniversary edition, complete with introduction by Robert Macfarlane and an updated Epilogue by me.

Talk at the Armitt Museum, Ambleside
To mark the 20th anniversary of the publication of Feet in the Clouds, I’ll be giving a talk about fell-running at Ambleside’s wonderful Armitt Museum. The details are still being worked out, but it’s part of a wider Running Int’ Fells exhibition that’s on from February until October. The current plan is for my event to start at 6pm, but watch the organiser’s site for details.

I’m delighted to be participating in the first Words by the Water festival for several years – talking about 20 years of Feet in the Clouds, the challenges of growing older, The Race Against Time, life, nature, mortality, and anything else that seems relevant.
